Sour Cream Rhubarb Cake

1/2 cup sugar
1/2  cup chopped walnuts
1 Tbsp melted Butter
1 tsp cinnamon

1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 egg
2 cup AP Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sour cream
2 cup Rhubarb diced

Mix the first four ingredients together and set aside for topping.
Cream together the brown sugar and margarine. Add the egg.

Sift together the flour, soda and salt. Add to the. Creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream. Stir in the diced rhubarb. Turn into a greased and floured glass 9" x 12" pan. Sprinkle topping over the cake and bake 40 to 50. Minutes at 350 F.

Mixed Berry Cobbler

This is so easy to make.

Frozen berries, dry cake mix, and 1 can ...of diet sprite. yummy cobbler. It sounds so easy  and weight watcher friendly!
Ingredients
Two 12-oz bags frozen mixed berries
1 box white cake mix (no pudding) +B
etty Crocker's super moist vanilla
1 can of diet 7-up or any clear soda

Instructions
Place frozen fruit in a 9x13 baking dish. Add dry cake mix over the top. Pour soda slowly over cake mix. DO NOT stir the cake mix and the pop - this will give you a 'crust'. If you stir the two, you will have a cake like topping.

Bake 350 for 45-50 min.

You may be able to use frozen peaches instead of mixed berries.
